The Recruitment Fair held in Norwich was an excellent opportunity for TLS to meet potential new recruits for upcoming works local to the area as well as connect with local organisations that assisted with employment opportunities.
The variety of individuals were fantastic and ranged from local businesses, charities and organisations; as well as Back to Work Schemes and the Armed Forces. TLS presented an all-round team that were available to offer information and support on training, payments, compliance and the registration process. The volume of people that came through the doors was very impressive. The team thoroughly enjoyed it and met some great personalities that were all really enthusiastic and open minded on the day. We found the fair to be an excellent chance to engage with visitors and let them know about work opportunities and possible career paths that they can take in the Traffic Management industry. In addition to this they also learnt about the great benefits of working with Traffic Labour Supplies Ltd. The TLS Operations team are now following up the enquiries that were acquired as a result of the fair.
This was one of the first positive steps that TLS will be taking in 2017. Our intention is to strengthen our brand awareness in areas where we are currently supplying labour and managed service support. Due to the success of our first jobs fair, we will be participating in pre-organised and independent fairs throughout the UK. We are looking for individuals that share our core values, something we believe is at the heart of everything we do.
